Vaccination has never been made compulsory and forcing your employees to have the vaccine, could result in legal claims being made, civil and criminal.
Article 8 of the European Conventions on Human Rights, could come into force, together with discrimination claims under the Equality Act 2010. It is possible that an employee classed as an ‘anti-vaxxer’ could bring their employer before a tribunal, in respect of their beliefs.
