Steve joined Bank solicitors in 2022 as a Director in the practice having lead family departments elsewhere. Steve specialises in complex financial litigation and is head of our highly successful Family Law team. He has spent most of his career at large Legal 500 practices and firms ranked by Chambers as amongst the best in the UK.
Steve worked in industry before embarking on a career in law in 1997 and brings with him a wealth of experience. Steve has moved into family law in 2004, having previously worked in criminal law in both California USA and in North London. He qualified as a solicitor in 2007 and specialised exclusively in family law since 2004.
Steve is an experienced court advocate who has a pragmatic approach to family matters. He is a tough negotiator who aims for the best possible result for his clients but recognises that separation issues can be very stressful and an amicable settlement is often more beneficial for the client.
